Step 2: Secure Job Offer (IMM 0157)

If successful, receive and sign the official "Offer of Employment to a Foreign National" form provided by the employer.

Step 3: Get Endorsed

Work with a designated settlement agency to create a "Settlement Plan," which the employer then submits to the province for your official Endorsement Certificate.

Step 4: Apply for PR

Submit your Permanent Residence application to IRCC using your endorsement; you can also apply for a temporary work permit to start the job while you wait.
